Rachelle LMT/BCTMB/PTA

Rachelle, owner of Symphony's Massage & Spa, Inc. since 2014, is a graduate of Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. After many years working in the hospitality industry, Rachelle felt a desire to go back to school to find a way to promote holistic pain relief. Developing a passion for understanding the kinesiology (movement of the human body), she returned to school in 2022 to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. Furthering her education allowed better analyzing the how and why dysfunction can create pain. She believes listening to the body and responding with appropriate treatment can prevent further injury, therefore decreasing pain.

Rachelle has been working with high school athletes to introduce our younger generation to safe, appropriate touch that can alleviate pain that could otherwise turn into life-long problems. She completed a sports massage workshop in Dallas, Texas to have a better understanding of the specific needs of each athlete.

Rachelle specializes in deep therapeutic work and views each massage with a more methodical approach, connecting the muscle groups that are contributing to pain/discomfort. Rachelle is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage to specifically address Lymphedema and Myofascial Release. In 2025, Rachelle became nationally certified in massage therapy. Board certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (BCTMB) is the highest credential within the massage and bodywork profession, demonstrating advanced assessment and critical thinking skills.

Rachelle loves bike riding, makes the best cookies and cakes and is the solid foundation to her family and our business.
