Our Staff
Rachelle
Rachelle, owner of Symphony’s Massage & Spa, Inc. since 2014, is a 2012 graduate of Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. After many years working in the hospitality industry, Rachelle felt a desire to go back to school to find a way to promote holistic pain relief after watching close family members gripped by opiate addiction. She feels massage not only decreases physical pain but totally encompasses Mind, Body and Soul. Renewing and restoring all. Rachelle specializes in deep therapeutic work but can adjust to accommodate pressure required.
Laura
Laura, General Manager of Symphony’s Massage, is an 2019 EHOVE graduate. Her inspiration to become a massage therapist came from her father; victim of a car accident that left him handicap, she felt moved to help others like him. Bringing peace and providing holistic approach for pain relief, she fell in love with massage. Laura has a natural firm to deep pressure but has an ability to adjust her pressure to what the client needs. Favorite work for her to provide her clients is neck, shoulders & low back. Her modalities include relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, prenatal, Ashiatsu, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Lymphedema treatment, hot stone, sugar scrubs, and mud wraps. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family & friends, bicycle rides, singing, coffee and is an avid dog lover.
Lindsey
When Lindsey was a teen, she suffered a broken neck which led to a variety of issues with upper body mobility and pain. She has continually looked for more natural ways to protect and heal the body. After starting at Symphony’s as a receptionist she found her peace and fell in love with holistic health care and the idea of helping people like her. She focuses her skills on healing the head, neck and shoulder area targeted by migraines, sleeping positions, and muscle strains. In her spare time she enjoys photography, painting, upcycling furniture, and spending time outside with her family. Lindsey is available for Swedish, couples, hot stone, head, neck and shoulder, and deep tissue targeted massages.

Jacquelyn is a 2022 EHOVE Massage Therapy graduate. She started her journey with Symphony’s Massage & Spa in 2019 working as a receptionist. She was promoted to Office Manager and is now working as a full time Licensed Massage Therapist. Jacquelyn was drawn to massage therapy by witnessing firsthand experiences from Symphony’s Massage & Spa clients. Her calm demeanor, positive energy, gentle touch, and extensive anatomy knowledge create the perfect balance for relaxation, pain management, and holistic healing. Jacquelyn is also a Certified Cupping Practitioner and uses cupping techniques to promote muscle oxygenation, reduce pain, and improve mobility in muscle function. When Jacquelyn isn’t massaging, she enjoys yoga, biking, and being at home with her family.

When she isn’t working, she enjoys time with family, being outdoors, doing yoga and martial arts.
Montana
Montana gravitated to massage as an innate tool to help family members breathe a little deeper and find a sense of calm. Her passion led her to graduate from Wake Technical College’s massage therapy program in 2022. As an active mover in her own life, she values nourishing the mind to muscle connection massage provides to help clients feel at peace and work in harmony with their own body. Through her techniques, Montana helps her clients release tension, relax the mind, and feel renewed. Using relaxing to firm pressure and a passion for deeper specific work, Montana is available for Swedish, Hot Stone, Medleys, Prenatal, and Deep Tissue.
Ruth
Ruth has recognized from a young age the profound impact of positive touch. Her intuitive understanding was evident in simple gestures, from soothing her mother’s back and feet after long shifts to sensing when her friends needed an extended embrace. The innate desire to help and heal naturally guided her toward a career in massage therapy. With a natural aptitude, a comprehensive education from the Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage, and licensure from the State of Ohio Medical Board, she is well-equipped to promote healthy touch and body positivity while providing therapeutic care.
Tina
Tina is a recent graduate from EHOVE’s Massage Therapy program. She has previously worked in healthcare with senior citizens then completely changed career directions and went into construction. After doing residual concrete for 8 years, she decided that she wanted to get back to her roots of helping people but she wasn’t sure which field she wanted to pursue. After talking to her friends and family she decided that massage therapy was a way for her to help people heal holistically through the mind/body connection. Tina tends to have a firm/deep pressure, but she can accommodate to her client’s needs and adjust her pressure during the session based on what they may need. Tina spends her spare time enjoying nature with her family, friends and her dogs.
